Dr. Bhargava was born Jhansi, India in 1963. Some of his hobbies include, being a member of the swimming team at AIIMS, and production of light Indian Music at AIIMS. He is also a member of the Steering Committee at several Sports and Cultural meets held at AIIMS. In his earlier school and college years, he was actively engaged in community service.
